Return - The overwhelming majority of our investors are currently invested in CD's. They are simply seeking a better return.
Security - All of our investors have lost money in the stock market. They don't like the ups and downs. Its hard to make retirement plans without knowing how much your assets will be worth in future years.
Lien position- Our investors like the fact that they are in first lien position. They are not purchasing an asset where someone could stake a claim over their investment.
